Quality of web-based information on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

Online health information on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) shows good content quality but poor readability. Improving website content and presentation is crucial for better public understanding of ADHD.

Conclusions:
- There is a significant need to enhance the readability of online ADHD information.
- While the HONCode label may indicate content quality, it does not guarantee readability or presentation quality.
- Improving website readability and presentation is essential for effective public health communication regarding ADHD.
