MEFV Mutations in IBD Patients: A Systematic Review and Meta- analysis

Mutations in the MEFV gene, linked to familial Mediterranean fever (FMF), are common in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) patients. These mutations correlate with extra-intestinal issues and pancolitis in IBD.
