Tarsometatarsal coalitions are uncommon congenital anomalies affecting the foot.
Published literature contains limited case reports, often associated with pain.

Observation:

A 16-year-old female presented with multiple tarsometatarsal coalitions.
This represents the first reported instance of multiple coalitions in the literature.

Findings:

The patient's condition, though rare, suggests tarsometatarsal coalitions may be underreported.
Anthropological data indicate these lesions could be more prevalent than currently documented.

Implications:

Increased awareness of tarsometatarsal coalitions is warranted in clinical practice.
