A new device assists peritoneal dialysis (PD) patients with hand-eye impairment to self-perform dialysis exchanges. This device-assisted continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) shows clinical outcomes comparable to traditional helper-assisted CAPD.
