Diagnosing infection in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients is challenging. An algorithm combining C-reactive protein (CRP), neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), and platelet-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) shows high accuracy for infection detection in SLE.
