Is Static Alignment a Good Predictor of Dynamic Alignment after Total Knee Arthroplasty?

Static alignment after total knee arthroplasty (TKA) does not impact gait function. Dynamic alignment, not static, better predicts knee adduction moment (KAM), a potential risk factor for prosthesis longevity.
