Summary

Activated STAT3 (pSTAT3) may help predict breast cancer recurrence risk when combined with the OncotypeDx Recurrence Score (RS). Low RS and low pSTAT3 indicate higher recurrence risk, especially in hormone receptor-positive breast cancer patients.
