Person-centered care (PCC) is increasingly emphasized in rehabilitation but faces implementation challenges.
Understanding workforce perspectives is vital for successful PCC integration.

Purpose of the Study:

To explore rehabilitation workforce perceptions of barriers and facilitators to implementing person-centered care (PCC).

Main Methods:

Quantitative descriptive study involving interviews with 12 healthcare professionals.
Content analysis using Braun et al.'s framework.
COREQ checklist applied for reporting qualitative research.

Main Results:

Key barriers identified: unsupportive organization/leadership, staff constraints, workload, resistance to change, and patient clinical characteristics.
Facilitators include: supportive leadership, staff satisfaction, positive environment, training, and shared decision-making.

Conclusions:
