Summary

Two new zygomatic implant designs, ZAGA-Flat and ZAGA-Round, show high effectiveness in restoring severely atrophic maxillae. The zygoma anatomy-guided approach (ZAGA) protocol ensures 100% implant survival and low complication rates.
