Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) in obese patients led to decreased levels of triiodothyronine (FT3), thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), and parathyroid hormone (iPTH), with increased thyroxine (FT4). TSH changes correlated with LDL, not BMI.
