Core Muscle Activation With Foam Rolling and Static Planks

Foam rolling (FR) of the quadriceps may activate ventral core muscles, while reverse planks best activate dorsal core muscles. Prone planks effectively activate ventral core muscles, offering varied core training options.

- Quadriceps FR may serve as a time-efficient alternative for activating ventral core muscles (LA).
- The prone plank is effective for activating ventral core muscles (EO).
