Enhanced computed tomography imaging features predict tumor grade in pseudomyxoma peritonei

Computed tomography (CT) signs can predict pseudomyxoma peritonei (PMP) tumor grade. Massive ascites and peritoneal solid nodules are key indicators of high-grade PMP, improving classification when combined with CA125.
