Kovanaze Intranasal Spray vs Traditional Injected Anesthetics: a Study of Pulpal Blood Flow Utilizing Laser Doppler

The nasal spray anesthetic Kovanaze (KNS) was ineffective for pulpal anesthesia and caused more pain than injections. Lidocaine with epinephrine injections provided superior anesthesia and reduced pulpal blood flow.
