Background:

Traditional vaginal surgery for gynecological issues like fibroids and septums can disrupt the hymen.
Hymen integrity is a significant concern in conservative regions, particularly the Middle East.
Need for alternative surgical methods that preserve hymen integrity.

Observation:

Three novel laparoscopic surgical techniques were developed.
Techniques focus on treating cervico-vaginal fibroids and vaginal septum.
Laparoscopic colpotomy and septum resection were performed.

Findings:

Laparoscopic anterior or posterior colpotomy effectively treated large cervico-vaginal fibroids.
A laparoscopic technique successfully resected a vaginal septum in a young patient.
All procedures aimed at preserving hymen integrity.

Implications:

These laparoscopic approaches offer viable alternatives to traditional vaginal surgeries.
Hymen conservation is achievable in gynecological procedures, respecting cultural norms.
Minimally invasive surgery can address complex gynecological pathologies while maintaining hymen integrity.
