Microcatheter-assisted circumferential trabeculotomy in primary congenital glaucoma

Circumferential trabeculotomy using an illuminated microcatheter effectively lowered intraocular pressure (IOP) in pediatric primary congenital glaucoma (PCG) patients. This minimally invasive procedure demonstrated high success rates with minimal complications, making it a viable first-line surgical option.
