- A 32-year-old woman presented with a slow-growing, painless, firm, and mobile nodule in the right mandibular angle.

- Excisional biopsy revealed pleomorphic adenoma with prominent chondroid stroma and significant bone formation.
Findings:
- The histopathological examination confirmed pleomorphic adenoma with extensive stromal bone formation.
- This represents an exceptionally rare phenomenon, particularly in minor salivary gland tumors.
- The predominant stromal component was chondroid, with a notable area of ossification.
