Varicella-Zoster meningitis with normal CSF cellularity: A rare case report

Varicella-zoster virus (VZV) meningitis can occur even with normal cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) analysis. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing is crucial for diagnosing VZV meningitis when initial CSF results are inconclusive.
