Thyroid-dedicated internally-cooled wet electrode for benign thyroid nodules: experimental and clinical study

Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) with a novel internally-cooled wet (ICW) electrode effectively reduced benign thyroid nodule size. This RFA technique demonstrated significant volume reduction and improved patient symptoms, proving feasible for thyroid nodule treatment.
