Summary

Trans-Sphincter Anorectoplasty (TSARP) offers superior cosmetic and continence outcomes for pediatric rectovestibular fistulae. This technique preserves the external sphincter muscle, making it the preferred surgical approach for these complex Anorectal Malformations (ARMs).
