Background:

  • Cold urticaria (ColdU) is a condition where cold exposure triggers hives and swelling.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To develop a disease-specific activity score for ColdU.
  • To create an easy-to-administer and evaluate tool for monitoring disease activity.

  • Developed the Cold Urticaria Activity Score (ColdUAS) following PROM guidelines.
