Hydroxylinoleates (HODEs) in aqueous humor are potential biomarkers for primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG). Elevated HODEs correlate with higher intraocular pressure (IOP) and glaucoma, suggesting oxidative stress involvement in POAG pathogenesis.
