Polymorphic light eruption (PMLE) patients show significantly elevated thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) and low triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4) levels. This suggests a potential link between PMLE and thyroid dysfunction, warranting further investigation.
