Urodynamic Curve Patterns may Predict Female Bladder Outlet Obstruction and Detrusor Underactivity

Continuous detrusor voiding pressure and prolonged/tailed free urine flow patterns effectively predict bladder outlet obstruction (BOO) in women with voiding difficulty. Weak urine stream and negative stress tests also aid in distinguishing BOO from detrusor underactivity (DU).
