Bilateral same-session flexible ureteroscopy (BS-fURS) is a feasible treatment for bilateral renal stones, offering a single anesthetic session and potentially reduced costs. This approach achieved high stone-free rates, making it suitable for medium-sized stones in high-volume centers.
