Abstract
Unlabelled:
Some ophthalmic solutions activity is localized at the eye's surface: they are used to manage conjunctivitis and keratitis. Some others must penetrate the eye. They are carried through the cornea. There are many factors allowing the penetration into the cornea. These factors will be studied in this paper. Bio-physical and bio-chemical actions are both numerous and complex.
In Conclusion:
the different corneal tissues have a selective solubility to ophthalmic solution components.
