ISOLATED CAPITELLAR FRACTURE FIXATION WITH HEADLESS SCREWS IN DIFFERENT CONFIGURATIONS

This study shows that a modified screw technique for capitellar fractures offers stable fixation and less trauma to the elbow joint. Excellent to good outcomes were achieved in most patients, with minimal complications reported.
