  • Sixty-three experts were invited, with 19 participating in statement generation (114 statements).
  • Participants (11-12) sorted and rated 58 statements, which were then clustered into key domains.

  • Five main clusters emerged: person/caregiver elements, key reablement components, content/delivery, organizational factors, and provider beliefs/training.
