Fluids affecting bladder urgency and lower urinary symptoms: results from a randomized controlled trial

Reducing intake of caffeinated, alcoholic, or sweetened beverages did not significantly decrease voiding frequency in women with overactive bladder symptoms. Maintaining fluid volume is key, but beverage type showed no impact on urinary frequency.
