Sigmoid Sinus Diverticulum-A Unique Case of Pulsatile Tinnitus

Sigmoid sinus diverticula can cause severe pulsatile tinnitus (PT). Surgical decompression and recontouring of a sigmoid sinus diverticulum with hydroxyapatite bone cement effectively treated a patient with worsening unilateral PT.
