Interleukin-13 receptor alpha 1 (IL-13Rα1) plays a key role in the development of age-associated/autoimmune B cells (ABCs) and lupus pathogenesis. Its absence reduces ABC accumulation, autoantibody production, and disease severity in mouse models.
