[Primary malignant lymphoma of the brain of true histiocytic origin]

Primary lymphomas are rare brain tumours. A case is reported where the true histiocytic origin was proved by autopsy. The CT features and the differential diagnoses in malignant lymphomas of the brain are discussed.
