Melatonin is effective in attenuating cisplatin-induced neurotoxicity

Melatonin may protect against cisplatin-induced neurotoxicity by reducing oxidative stress and inflammation. This study in rats suggests melatonin as a potential therapeutic agent to mitigate chemotherapy side effects.
