Germline Pathogenic Variants Impact Clinicopathology of Advanced Lung Cancer

Germline pathogenic variants (PV) in DNA damage repair genes are significant risk factors for lung cancer. Identifying these genetic mutations can aid in early diagnosis and proactive surveillance for at-risk families.
