Structure based innovative approach to analyze aptaprobe-GPC3 complexes in hepatocellular carcinoma

We developed novel aptaprobe platforms for detecting Glypican-3 (GPC3), a key biomarker for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). These platforms show promise for advanced in vitro and in vivo diagnostic applications in HCC.
