Real-life Experience With Rituximab-CHOP Every 21 or 14 Days in Primary Mediastinal Large B-cell Lymphoma

For primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma (PMLBCL), both 3-weekly and biweekly rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisolone (R-CHOP) regimens show similar efficacy. Further studies are needed to confirm if dose-dense chemoimmunotherapy improves long-term outcomes.
