Abstract:
Abnormalities of hemorheologic parameters are of pathophysiological importance in cases with evidence of vessel wall lesions and can thus be detected already in asymptomatic controls. Close relationships have been established to the severity of vessel wall lesions, to cerebral blood flow and to the severity of clinical symptoms.
