Summary

The study found reduced expression of repressor element 1-silencing transcription factor (REST) and Ras association domain family member 1 A (RASSF1A) in cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions (SIL) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). These findings may aid in diagnosing and managing SIL and SCC.
