This study introduces an Adaptive Compact Evolutionary Algorithm (ACEA) to solve the complex problem of Ecology and Biodiversity Ontology Alignment (EBOA). ACEA significantly improves the accuracy and efficiency of aligning ecological and biodiversity data for better environmental management.
