Reliability of the heart rate variability threshold during treadmill exercise.

This study confirms treadmill exercise is reliable for determining heart rate variability threshold (HRVT), a measure of autonomic balance. HRVT derived from SDNN showed strong agreement with the ventilatory threshold (VT).
