Application of Anlotinib Combined With Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Primary EWS/PNET of Lung: A Case Report

Background:

  • Anlotinib, a multi-targeted receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor, was administered concurrently with chemotherapy.
  • Following surgery, maintenance anlotinib monotherapy was given, resulting in no signs of recurrence to date.

Implications:

  • This case represents the first documented efficacy of anlotinib combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy for PPES.
  • The findings suggest a potential new therapeutic strategy for this rare and challenging cancer.
