Effects of Trehalose Solutions at Different Concentrations on High-Intensity Intermittent Exercise Performance

Trehalose solution, when ingested during prolonged exercise, offers performance benefits similar to glucose but with a more gradual blood sugar release. This study found that even 4% trehalose concentrations maintained exercise performance, suggesting its potential in sports nutrition.
