  • Interviews were generally well-received, though a preference for face-to-face interviews persisted.

  • Video-based interviewing presents financial, opportunistic, and potential environmental advantages for continued use post-pandemic.
  • Despite successful implementation and minimal technical issues, the preference for face-to-face interviews requires further investigation.
  • Future research should focus on nonverbal communication in video interviews to enhance optimization.
