Global cognitive tests like MMSE and MoCA can predict Parkinson's disease with dementia (PDD). However, comprehensive Level II neuropsychological assessment offers superior accuracy for identifying Parkinson's disease mild cognitive impairment (PD-MCI) conversion risk.

Conclusions:
- Both MMSE and MoCA are capable of predicting conversion to PDD.
- Comprehensive Level II neuropsychological assessment is recommended as the preferred method for evaluating PD-MCI due to its superior predictive accuracy.
