Delayed acute subdural hematoma treated with endoscopic procedure: A case report

Delayed acute subdural hematoma (DASDH) is a rare condition. Endoscopic surgery successfully identified and treated a cortical artery bleed in a patient presenting with delayed symptoms after initial negative imaging.

- The patient experienced immediate improvement in consciousness and was discharged without neurological deficit.
