Circulating long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) expression profiles differ significantly between healthy individuals and cerebral infarction (CI) patients. These lncRNAs, including lnc-ZNF32-1:1 and lnc-PCGF5-2:1, show potential as diagnostic biomarkers for CI.
