The Exercise in Cancer Evaluation and Decision Support (EXCEEDS) algorithm improves medical clearance and cancer rehabilitation/exercise services (CR/ES) recommendations. This decision support tool is pragmatic and acceptable for optimizing cancer survivorship care.
