Estimating the insertion length of pediatric peripherally inserted central catheters.

Determining peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) length is challenging without fluoroscopy. A simplified formula based on patient height shows promise for estimating correct PICC insertion depth, potentially improving safety and efficacy.
