Effects of Different Scan Duration on Brain Effective Connectivity among Default Mode Network Nodes

Resting-state fMRI (rs-fMRI) effective connectivity in the default mode network (DMN) can be reliably assessed with shorter scan durations. A 10-minute scan is sufficient, offering clinical advantages for patients unable to tolerate longer scans.
