Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) and ethanol enhance beclomethasone dipropionate (BDP) solubility. Supercritical assisted atomization produced BDP-HP-β-CD composite particles with improved aerosolization and dissolution for pulmonary delivery.
