Novel multiple sclerosis agents-associated cardiotoxicity: A real-world pharmacovigilance study

New multiple sclerosis (MS) drugs, particularly CD20/CD25 inhibitors, show significant cardiovascular risks like heart failure and arrhythmias. Sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor agonists have fewer cardiac events but can cause AV block and bradycardia.
